The Traverse Window Columns dialog allows you to choose columns that will be shown in the Traverse Notes window. This dialog box is accessed from the Traverse Entry Options dialog by pressing the Columns button.
Available
The List of Columns shown in the Available section of the dialog are the set of all columns that could possibly be used in Traverse Notes. Column names shown in bold are currently displayed in the Traverse Notes window.
Select button
Select any column name from the Available list and click the Select button to add to the Displayed list. Columns may also be added to the Displayed list by double-clicking their names.
New Column button
Allows creation of new user-defined columns. You can store extra attribute data in these columns. The Create New Column dialog will appear.
Edit Column button
Allows modification of Column Description and associated Pick List if available. The Edit Existing Column dialog will appear.
Delete Column button
Only user-defined columns can be deleted.
Displayed
The List of Columns shown in the Displayed section are the columns that appear in the Traverse Notes window. Rearrange the column order by using the Shift Up and Shift Down buttons. Remove any column from the Traverse Notes window with the Unselect button, or by double-clicking it.
