The Edit Existing Column dialog allows you to modify any attribute data columns previously creating using the Create New Column dialog. These columns can store any attributes you wish to associate with the Traverse records.
This dialog box is accessed from the Traverse Window Columns dialog by pressing the Edit Column button with an Attribute column selected.
Column Name
The column name is not editable after it is created.
Column Description
Modify the description of any user-created Attribute column.
Column Properties
Column Type
The column type is not editable after it is created.
Column Position
At Station
Choosing At Station implies that data for this column occurs at the station. e.g. ground type or side shots.
Between Station
Choosing Between Station implies that data for this column occurs between stations. e.g. azimuth, horizontal distance and % slope.
Edit Pick List
The Pick List Options dialog will appear and allow you to create a list of common attributes associated with this column.
