This is part of the Vertical Optimization Options tabbed dialog box. This is accessed from the Alignment Panel by selecting the desired alignment and then pressing the Options button, or by right clicking on the desired alignment and choosing Options from the context menu.
Alignment
Display... (Radio Buttons)
Select Display always to have the alignment displayed in the profile window all the time. Otherwise, the alignment will only be displayed when selected in the Alignment Panel.
Format (Button)
Press to select the color and the line type for the alignment.
