3. Handles (8) will appear around the the bitmap image. using the left mouse button click and drag on a handle. When the mouse is released the bit map will be sized to match the position of the handle.
NOTE: if the handles are not visible you can use a combination of CTRL - up arrow and CTRL - down arrow to size the bitmap. The shift keys allows for fine increments.
To size or rotate a bitmap via dialog box:
1. Select the bitmap by clicking on the boundary with the selection cursor. See feature selection for more information.
