This option allows you to move and size the selected features using the mouse.
When this menu is activated a tracking rectangle is placed around the selected features in the plan window, The tracking rectangle has 8 handles (small boxes) one on each corner and one one each side.
Moving
If you move the cursor inside the tracking rectangle, it will change shape to a 4-sided arrow. Clicking and dragging with this arrow will move all selected features.
Sizing
If you click and drag on the side handles, the selected features will be stretched horizontally or vertically.
If you click and drag on the corner handles the features will be resized keeping the same horizontal to vertical proportionality.
Sizing can also be done in move mode using the following key strokes:
<Ctrl><Up Arrow>
Increase the size of selected objects. This operation maintains the x-y aspect ratio.
<Ctrl><Down Arrow>
Decrease the size of selected objects. This operation maintains the x-y aspect ratio.
<Ctrl><Shift><Up Arrow>
Fine increase in size of selected objects. This operation maintains the x-y aspect ratio.
<Ctrl><Shift><Down Arrow>
Fine decrease in size of selected objects. This operation maintains the x-y aspect ratio.
