Multiple Selection logic
Any of above
If checked, features with ONE OR MORE of the chosen properties will be selected. For example if you choose Displayed = No and Breakline = Yes, this will select features that are hidden OR breaklines (all breakline features and all hidden features).
All of above
If checked, only features with ALL of the chosen properties will be selected. For example if you choose Displayed = No and Breakline = Yes, this will select hidden breakline features (all features that are both breakline AND hidden).
Retain currently selected features
If checked, features already selected will remain selected. Otherwise all selected features are cleared before selecting by Property.
