Comment Text dialog
This dialog allows you to enter or edit the comment at a feature point. It is activated from the Edit - Modify Current Point - Comment. Comments may also be added at points by using the Feature Coordinates Dialog.
To format the Comment Text on a feature, use Edit | Modify Selected Features | Labels or double-click on the label while in the Label Mode to change formatting at that point only.
