This option allows you to retrieve Multi-Plot setup information from an existing layout file without modifying the sub-views in the current Multi-Plot window. It is very useful to save title blocks or reference tables in separate layout files and then "merge" them together to create a new Multi-Plot arrangement.
To merge a Multi-Plot layout:
1. Select the required directory from the "Look in:" list box.
2. Select an existing layout file name (*.DLT) from the "Files:" list box or type a file name directly into the "File Name:" edit box.
3. Click on the "Open" button or press <ENTER> to retrieve the file.
All the new sub-views created from the merge will initially be selected and can be moved as a group with click and drag.
