Plan, Profile, Section or Multi-Plot Window Active
If a Plan, Profile, Section or Multi-Plot window is active this option will copy the window graphics to the Clipboard. From the Clipboard it can be pasted into other Windows applications which support the clipboard. NOTE: MS Word for Windows will display and print a pasted Location Design picture to scale if you expand the picture to 1000%, (experiment if this does not work)
Data Window Active
If a Data Window is active this function copies the Data Window contents to the Clipboard. From the Clipboard it can be pasted into other Windows applications which support the clipboard (such as Excel). The data is copied in ASCII format and can be pasted into text documents and spread sheets. The options for delimiters, column headings and station range can be set in the File | Export Data to ASCII function.
