Edit - Modify Selected Features - Buffer
This menu allows you to create a new feature perpendicularly offset from the selected feature. It activates the Create Offset Feature(s) dialog.
This option is only available if the Enhanced Mapping and Drafting Function Group is enabled (see Function Groups for more information).
