Multi-Plot Page Control
The Multi-Plot window is divided into pages. The page number is displayed in the title bar. In general, the contents of each Sub-View (plan, profile, data and section) will depend on the page number being displayed. (The exception to this is when the scroll position for a Sub-View is not Auto. See Sub-View Options dialog for more information).
To divide the all the Sub-Views into pages a Start Station, Length of Road (stations per page), and % Overlap is used. These parameters are set in the Multi-Plot Pagination Options dialog.
Example
Suppose the Start Station is set to 250 and the Length of Road is set 500 with 0% Overlap (Multi-Plot Pagination Options dialog Box ). The contents of the Sub-Views would be determined as follows.
Page 1 stations 250 - 750
Page 2 stations 750 - 1250
Page 3stations 1250- 1750
Note: the Sub-View window may not be large enough to display the entire station range. In this case, information may be missing on the output sheets.
It is also possible to automatically choose the stations per page using the size and scale of the Plan and Profile Windows. This is done by selecting the Use Size of Plan/Profile in the Multi-Plot Pagination Options dialog.
