This dialog allows you to add, change or remove symbol items in a symbol. It is accessed from the Symbol Items Tab in the Edit Symbols dialog.
A Symbol can consist of one or more Symbol items. Symbol items consist of a series of line segments (move with pen up, draw with pen down). The maximum number of points in a symbol item is 20.
Available Symbols Combo Box
Symbol items can be created from existing symbol items. Select from the list of existing symbols and press the Add button to add the symbol items from the selected symbol.
Add Button
This button adds all the symbol items from the selected symbol.
Scale
Enter a scale factor to enlarge or reduce the symbol size.
Perp. Offset (mm)
Enter the perpendicular offset from the centerline (line connecting the raw vertices). Left is negative.
Thickness (mm)
Enter the line thickness in millimeters for the selected symbol item.
Filled Checkbox
If selected, all the points in the symbol are assumed to form a polygon (in the order they are entered). The polygon is then filled.
