Polycorder Roads Traverse File Format
Overview
Information for each station is contained on a single, comma-delimited line (fields are separated by commas).
Each line has 27 fields. Each field has a maximum length and is either a numerical type or a character type as denoted by N or C in the table below. If a field is a character field then it must be enclosed in double quotations (").
