If this radio button is set, each will define a new turning point by default (the TP check boxes in the the Extended Side Shot Edit dialog will be ON by default). Note, that you can always manually change the TP setting for individual shots.
Centerline Out
If this radio button is set, each shot will be an intermediate fore shot, IFS, by default (the TP check boxes in the the Extended Side Shot Edit dialog will be OFF by default). Note, that you can always manually change the TP setting for individual shots.
Distance Mode
The distance format can also be set to either Slope Distance or Horizontal Distance (SD or HD).
Display Shots
If this item is checked, red shot lines will be displayed. (This is useful for distinguishing TP's and non TP's).
Edit extended depths
If this item is checked, you can enter stratum layer depths at each side shot point in the Extended Side Shot Edit dialog.
Include point codes in tab sequence
If this item is checked, the TAB key will move the focus from the Distance field to the Point Code field in the Extended Side Shot Edit dialog. If this item is cleared, TAB will skip over the Point Code field; you may still click with the mouse to enter point codes however.
