This dialog is accessed from Terrain control ribbon, in the GPS sub-ribbon, using the Waypoint ribbon-button. The dialog will collect current GPS data from the attached GPS device, multiple times per second as long as The dialog is open.

Use GPS Elevation (Check Box)
this checkbox toggles the measurement of elevation from the attached GPS device.
GPS Statistics
#samples (Edit Box)
the number of sample data points collected from the attached GPS device
Average Lng-Lat (Edit Box)
this is the averate longitude and latitude from the GPS device, derived from the gps data collected since the dialog was activated.
Average Elevation (Edit Box)
if Use GPS Elevation is toggled on, this is the average elevation derived from the GPS data collected since the dialog was activated.
