Haul cost edit (Simplified Cost)
This dialog provides a means for setting and visualizing the haul costs.
This is accessed from the Ground Types tabbed dialog box by pressing the Haul costs button when Simplified Cost is checked.
Movement Costs (Edit Boxes)
Movement costs consist of a Hauling cost and a Loading cost.
Freehaul (Edit Box)
Allows to set the freehaul distance.
Update (Button)
This button is used to update the graph representing the cost.
Only Allow Freehaul (Check Box)
Check to force longer haul than freehaul distance to go to/from the pit.
