The contents of the system menus change depending on which window type is active and which functional groups you have activated (see Customizing Menus for more information about function groups).
Many menu functions can be accessed directly by clicking on them in the toolbars.
Accessing Menus using the Keyboard
Many menu functions can be accessed directly from the keyboard using accelerator keys. Functions with accelerator key support are indicated in the menu name. To activate a menu using an accelerator key hold down the <control key> and press the key. Eg. <control> - <P> will activate the print menu.
Alternatively menu functions can be activated by pressing the <ALT> key, then pressing the underlined letters shown in the menu titles and prompts.
