Access this dialog from the Modify Selected Feature(s) - Image - Rubbersheet menu, when a single image is selected. The rubbersheeting dialog allows you to shift or stretch an image to match known control points.
Control Vectors
Rubbersheeting is done by specifying a set of Control Vectors. Each control vector has a Original Point and Transformed Point. The first control vector shifts the image. Subsequent control vectors stretch the image to match the control points. The 1st vector shift is always done first.
An image has two states: Processed and Unprocessed. Changes to the control vectors can only be made when a bitmap is in its Unprocessed state. To process an image press the Shift or Process button.
When the Rubbersheeting dialog is displayed the control vectors are drawn in the Plan Window. It is possible to modify the control vectors using the mouse in the Plan Window when the image is in its Unprocessed state.
NOTE: The maximum number of control vectors is 10.
