Allows you to choose the point to be adjusted from the available traverses. Surveyed points along the traverse can be displayed by index number, horizontal stationing or slope distance.
Fixed Reference Point
Allows you to choose the final coordinate of the point you are adjusting. The final point can be an absolute coordinate where you enter the x, y, z or it can be a surveyed point on a traverse referenced by index, stationing or slope distance.
Settings
Shift
The shifting operation moves every point on a traverse the same distance in the same direction. It is useful for connecting traverses together.
Set Absolute XY / Set Absolute Z
The coordinates between absolute stations are automatically adjusted to minimize the deviation from the raw survey data using the Compass Rule. Absolute stations appear in the Survey Window with a '*' beside them. The 1st station in a traverse is always an absolute coordinate.
Close
The first station in a traverse is always absolute and will remain fixed during a closing operation. The coordinate of the last station is changed to be coincident with the first station. Intermediate station coordinates are then adjusted using the Compass Rule.
