Many menu functions can be accessed directly by clicking on them in the toolbars.
Accessing Menus using the Keyboard
Many menu functions can be accessed directly from the keyboard using accelerator keys. Functions with accelerator key support are indicated in the menu name. To activate a menu using an accelerator key hold down the <control key> and press the key. Eg. <control> - <P> will activate the print menu.
Alternatively menu functions can be activated by holding down the <ALT>button and pressing the underlined keys shown in the menu prompt. Eg. to activate the Edit - Assign Templates, hold down the <ALT> key and press <E> followed by <A>.
