This option is only available if the Data window is active.
Outputs the Data window to the a Windows printer or plotter. The desired output device can be setup beforehand using File - Print Setup. (See the Printer user manual for instructions on options available.) You will also be able to change output devices and some options at print time.
The plotter page size, orientation and color capabilities are determined automatically from the Windows printer driver. All other plotting parameters come from the screen display options (for example; scale, column headings etc.). As print/plot options are likely to be different from screen options it makes sense to save them in separate Screen Layout files.
