Mapping and Drafting Function Group
Provides functions for creating or editing features with the mouse. It also includes functions for formatting (annotation, linetypes, symbols hatching etc.) and manipulation (move, size, rotate, break, join etc.).
Enabling and disabling function groups is done in the
Menu Customization dialog
