Edit - Modify Selected Features - Shuffle Display Order
This option allows you to change the order in which features are displayed. This is particularly useful if you have bit map images or features with solid hatching. There are two options:
1. To Front
2. To Back
If an opaque feature is shuffled to the Front it will cover (obscure from view) other features.
NOTE: Floating labels are always displayed in the front of all other features.
