Latitude - Longitude Formats
Latitude and longitude can be expressed in several different ways:

Degrees, minutes, seconds

Degrees, minutes with no separator (GPS NMEA-0183 style)
With each of the above formats it is possible to specify direction either with a negative sign or with direction characters (N, S, E, W).
