This menu toggles into Crop mode. In Crop mode you to modify the extents of an image using the mouse.
This menu will be disabled if an image is not selected.
In crop mode, the 8 handles (small rectangular box shapes) appear on the sides of the image. Clicking and dragging on the handles will allow you to control the area of the image displayed.
