Import Excel Options dialog

This dialog box is accessible by pressing the Options button in the Import Setup dialog when an Excel file is selected in the File Types List box.

The options available are similar to Import ASCII Options dialog. The main differences are as follows:

There are no options for parsing records as each row is assumed to be a separate record.
There are no options for parsing fields as each column is assumed to be a separate field.
There is no Selection Dialog Tab.

NOTE: Blank lines at the beginning of the file are always ignored and the first non blank line in the Excel file is assumed to contain column headings.
