The Location module does not model sharp changes in the P-line (especially when horizontal alignment is required). Accuracy problems are introduced when the P-line abruptly changes direction. The message " turn > 90deg, horz alignment not supported near this hub." will appear. To correct this problem, the offending P-line bend should be divided into a series of shorter segments each with smaller angular changes.
