This dialog allows you to rotate, scale and shift coordinates.
Rotation
The rotation is specified by a origin (center point) x, y and an angle (measured counter-clockwise in degrees).
Shift (offsets added)
The coordinate shift (translation) is specified by an Offset X, Offset Y and Offset Z. These offsets are added to each coordinate.
NOTE: The rotation is done before the shift. Scaling coordinates is not supported in the Location Module. Make sure the pline is adjusted in the Survey Module before beginning design.
