This dialog is accessed from a button in the Horizontal Curves Panel. It allows you to apply the Default Curve to multiple intersection points (IPs). Set your Default Curve in the Horizontal Curves Panel before using this tool.
Largest radius circular curve (Radio button)
Choose this option to fit curves of various radii on your intersection points. If your default curve is a spiral, circular curves will be substituted.
Tangent length between curves (Edit box)
Samllest distance between curves (between EC and BC). Some curves will be farther apart.
Apply default curve (Radio button)
Choose this option to apply your Default Curve to intersection points. If the curve doesn't fit, the IP will be left without a curve.
Station Range (Group box)
Choose your station range here.
From Station (Edit box)
Start of station range; ".." indicates start of road.
To Station (Edit box)
End of station range; ".." indicates end of road.
Delete existing curves first (Check box)
Set this check box to first remove any existing curves in your station range. If this check box is cleared, existing curves will not be modified and only simple IP points may have curves added.
No curves modified (Error report)
Note that it is possible that no curves will be modifed; here are some possible reasons:
No IPs in the station range
Delete existing curves is not checked and there are no simple IPs in station range
The Default Curve does not fit on any of the IPs (tangents too short)
